His first problem was that his HVAC business, at the time, was called Anderson Mechanical, LLC. This was a confusing name for potential customers. He was tired of answering the questions "Anderson Mechanical, Huh?", "What do you do?", and "Oh, are you a mechanic?"
Additionally, his website had always been an afterthought. He was paying a large sum of money every month to a developer for a site that he did not own, that was not providing any leads for his business. He needed to have more leads to justify the cost and had not seen any since the old site was built for him.
Finally, he just wanted the phone to ring a little more. Because of the seasonal nature of HVAC work he would go through times when his business would drop off and the leads would stop coming. In order to be successful he needed to even out the hills and valleys of his revenue.
